An original song written by Peter Webster. "Don't Think of Me" is an original song of mine that looks back wistfully on my formative years growing up in a small town on the south coast of England. Of course it isn't all literally true, but there are more than a few grains of truth in it. I suppose, like all songs, it captures an aspect of reality and what I was thinking or the way that I happened to be feeling when I wrote it. It has always gone down well when I have played it to audiences over the years, but, although I have recorded it several times, I was never happy with the results, until now.
